There are several ways you can receive your Damsel Store online order:

• Pick up in store at 5 Anderson Street, Yarraville
• Courier Delivery

PICK UP IN STORE

Damsel Store offers Free Local Pickup, meaning we can prepare your online order and you can pick it up from our shopfront while we endeavour to complete all orders same, day, we guarantee that all click + collect orders will be ready next business day (unless a product is unavailable, in which case we will contact you to work out a time). 

Our pick up service is a great option if you are on your way to the Parkville Hospital Precinct and need a gift – we're just a 5 minute drive from our shopfront at 690 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne.

 

COURIER DELIVERY

We offer Free Same-Day Delivery to Yarraville, Seddon and Williamstown if your order is in by 10am (Mon-Sat only).

All orders made after 10am will be delivered next business day. 

Beyond this, our courier costs are calculated by distance and will be added at checkout, with gift boxes delivered our next business day:

Next Day Hand-Delivery by our very own team is a flat rate of $18 for a min $75 order.

 

POSTAGE

We also offer the following postage rates for all gift boxes and online orders:

• FREE Standard AUSTRALIA WIDE Postage (2-6 days) for orders over $150 ($11.95 postage fee if order under $150)
• Express AUSTRALIA WIDE Postage (1-3 days) - $14.95 
• International (anywhere in the world) min order $100, shipping $25
