Balsamic Gel for cheese is acidic and sweet, made using Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, IT and balanced with Apple and Brown Cane sugar. Slowly reduced until syrupy and caramelised. It is delicious as a pairing with strong aged Cheddar, Blue or even drizzled onto a salad or pizza with Parmesan.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Juice, Lemon Juice, Pectin, Citric Acid, Water Added.


Traditional Quince Jam, cooked long and slow to allow the sweetness and texture of Quince to develop. It is delicious as a pairing with of course Spanish Manchego, but also Aged Cheddar, Blue or just about anything!

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Quince, Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Water Added.

Pear & Saffron Jam for cheese is sweet and aromatic, made using Australian Pears and Spanish Saffron threads it is sweet with the distinctive savoury notes of pure Saffron. It is delicious as a pairing with Goat's Cheese, Blue or Brie.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Pear, Lemon Juice, Pectin, Citric Acid, Saffron Threads, Water Added.


Champagne & Vanilla Gel for cheese is silky smooth and sweet, made using French Champagne and balanced with Madagascar Vanilla Bean, it is indulgent and addictive. 

It is delicious as a pairing with a creamy Brie or Triple Cream or a Washed Rind.
